Subscription FAQs
If you live in Chesterfield or Chesapeake, and you don’t already have a recycling cart, then yes, you will need a new recycling cart. TFC will provide you with an approved receptacle upon subscription services sign-up. Or, if you live in Chesterfield and already have a CVWMA cart, you may continue to use this cart, you will not need a new one.

We will invoice you quarterly and charge your saved credit card on the 15th of the month.
In Chesterfield it will end June 30th. In Chesapeake, service has already been suspended.
Same as now – paper, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, metal cans and glass bottles and jars.

Carts are being delivered weekly but in the meantime, If you live in chesterfield and do not have a cart, please put your recyclables in anything you may have and leave it curbside on your scheduled service day and we will pick it up until a cart has been delivered.
The carts we will service must be either TFC or CVWMA branded 96 gallon carts. If you have a CVWMA branded cart and would like to continue using it, please call our customer service team at 757-543-5766 to let us know and we will put you on our customer owned cart list.
Your service day will not change from your current CVWMA service day.
We will begin service the first week of July based on your service day.
Your cart will be serviced every other week.
Our service will be billed in advance quarterly and must be paid by credit card on auto-pay. This helps us to keep your rates low by being able to reduce our headcount.
