When will my service start?
    • Service will start the week of November 3rd
When will my service day be?
    • You will receive an email with your service day from our customer service team.
Can I use my current cart that I received through JCC?
    • Yes, please make sure it is a TFC or VPPSA branded 96 gal cart.
How do I know if I am in the service area?
    • Click the button above and type in your address. If your address is in our service area, the offerings will show up for you.
When will I be billed?
    • If you sign up before 2026, you will receive your first invoice in January 2026. We will invoice you quarterly and charge your saved credit card on the 15th of the month.
What materials can be placed in the cart?
    • Same as now – paper, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, metal cans and glass bottles and jars.

What do I do if my cart is not serviced on my normal pickup day?
    • You may call our customer service team at 757-543-5766 or email CET@tfcrecycling.com to report the miss and receive further instructions.
What is the limited time offer?
    • If you sign up before 2026, November and December are free
