Michael Benedetto is President and Owner for TFC Recycling. Michael is responsible for leading the company's overall business development, operations, sales and risk management. He is also a past Chairman of the Virginia Recycling Markets Development Council (VRMDC) and for many years represented the Paper Industry as an appointed member by the Governor of Virginia. Michael is an active member of the Virginia Recycling Association (VRA) and is a graduate of American University located in Washington, D.C. Michael has been employed full-time by TFC since 1987.
Ms. McKinney joined TFC Recycling in May 2019 and is an active member of the company’s corporate management team. Mr. McKinney has 18 years’ experience in the recycling and waste management industry, including 16 years as a Regional Controller with Waste Management. Ms. McKinney directs all of the Company’s financial activities and is responsible for all banking activities, budgeting, and financial reporting, short-term and long-term financial planning, cost proposal development, and cost/profit analysis.
Matt joined TFC Recycling in 2018 and is the Chief Operating Officer for the company with overall responsibility for all hauling operations, fleet maintenance, customer service, and business development for TFC. Mr. Terrell is a longtime veteran in the Environmental Services Industry, with over 28 years’ experience in recycling, solid waste collection, disposal, and processing. Prior to his current role at TFC he spent over 24-years within the industry holding various leadership posts in the Los Angeles, Detroit and Richmond, VA marketplaces. He is an active member in the National Waste and Recycling Association (NWRA) and is a former Chairman of the Virginia Chapter (VWIA).
